Today's Pink Boots collaboration brew is a hat tip to women in brewing...

Hildegard’s Hops is a refreshing West Coast Pils brewed to showcase the Pink Boots Society hop blend. Named after Hildegard von Bingen, this brew is a tribute to being bold and fearless when it comes to brewing. Hildegard was responsible for the earliest surviving writings on the use of hops in beer and well revered for her desire to learn and her desire to accomplish. It is in this spirit that we proudly collaborated on this this beer to benefit Pink Boots Society Houston and the all they do to advance women and non-binary beer professionals through education and scholarships.

If you are able, and would like a break from the insane weather we just endured, come by our taproom to try Hildegard's Hops with members of Pink Boots Society Houston at 5pm. Star Sailor HTX has your smashburger needs covered too.
